Hehebaje Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between hehebaje ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the hehebaje website, mobile app, or any of our services, you are fully accepting these terms.

Hehebaje is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Minors are completely prohibited from using this platform.

The following individuals are also not eligible to use hehebaje:

• Residents of regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals previously banned by hehebaje.
• Those who have enrolled in the Self-Exclusion program.
• Our staff and their immediate family members.

Deposit

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, hehebaje reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum bet amount varies by event and market.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during live betting. You will receive a confirmation message once your bet is successfully placed. If a bet is not confirmed due to a network issue, it will be considered void and your funds will be returned.

Result Announcement

Bet outcomes are determined based on data from official sources. In the event of any dispute, hehebaje's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hehebaje and will result in immediate account termination:

• Match Fixing or Manipulation: Placing bets on known outcomes or attempting to influence the result of an event.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Bots or Automation: Using automated software to place bets or play games.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Hacking or cheating: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to unfairly claim bonus benefits.

Hehebaje may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Voluntary Account Closure

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
